Terms of Use
Honda Trade Club (HTC) is a program developed by Honda Australia Pty Ltd ACN 004 759 611 (Honda, we, us or our).

  1. Through the HTC, members (you or your) have access to competitive pricing on selected parts (HTC Parts) supplied by participating Honda Centres (HTC Centres).
  2. Honda will determine whether to accept or reject a HTC membership application at its discretion.
  3. All prices (HTC Price) published by us are recommended prices only and HTC Centres are not compelled to sell HTC Parts to you at the HTC Price.
  4. The sale price of any HTC Part is at the discretion of the HTC Centre. You should consult with a HTC Centre for the latest pricing and availability information on any HTC Part before you place an order.
  5. You must quote your HTC membership number when placing an order to access HTC Prices.
  6. You can order HTC Parts either online using the Trade Club Portal (HTC Portal) or by calling a HTC Centre. Orders placed through the HTC Portal are not accepted until and unless they are confirmed by the HTC Centre.
  7. HTC Centres are resellers of HTC Parts supplied by us, do not act as our agents in supplying the HTC Parts and do not have any authority to bind us or make any representations on our behalf.
  8. Sales of HTC Parts will be on the terms of the HTC Centre supplying the HTC Part. You should contact the HTC Centre for their terms and conditions.
  9. We reserve the right to change the HTC Price of a HTC Part at any time and vary or remove any part of the HTC program at any time. No person or entity has any claim against Honda as a result of any change to the HTC Price of a HTC Part or the removal of any HTC Part from the HTC program.
  10. We reserve the right to suspend or cease the HTC program at any time.
  11. The personal information provided on or via the HTC Portal or HTC program will be collected, used, disclosed and otherwise managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you provide the personal information of another person on or via the Portal, we rely on you to obtain that person’s consent and notify them that:
    1. we collected their personal information to manage matters relating to your HTC Parts order;
    2. we may disclose their personal information to Honda Centres and service providers who assist in the operation of our business;
    3. our privacy collection statement is available at www.honda.com.au/privacy-collection and contains more information about our collection of their personal information; and
    4. our privacy policy is available at www.honda.com.au/privacy and contains information about how they can access and correct their personal information, how they can complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and how we deal with the complaint.
